Taco heads! It’s been a while since we’ve seen this one... It’s “Gettin’ Ribby Wit It”! We smoked some baby-back ribs with our house dry rub, then we shredded that tender meat off the bones. Taco heads! Happy New Year! Let’s bring in 2019 with something brand spankin’ new. Chicken TINGA! I gave it a shot for a day last week to test the waters, and it was a HUGE HIT! So, we’re bringing you “It Takes Two to Tinga”. It’s a chicken tinga taco, topped street-style with onions, cotija, cilantro, and a lime wedge. And there may be a pan of brisket to go around for you kids, too. I made some for New Year’s Eve to feed my own huge belly. 😉 PO BOYS! And there’s HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLAS. From SCRATCH! They all started as a wisp of flour, and they became real adult tortillas! It’s a Holiday miracle. 😉 Not really a miracle, we’ve been making them from scratch since August. Swing in and say HI!
